Foundayo price: what each dose costs in 2026

Short answer: Without insurance, Foundayo costs $149–$299 a month through LillyDirect under current offers. The 2.5 mg and 5.5 mg doses are temporarily discounted to $149 and $199, and the top doses are $299 instead of $349. Lilly says these offers end Dec 31, 2026. With commercial coverage and Lilly's savings card it starts at $25 a month, and eligible Medicare Part D enrollees pay $50 through the GLP-1 Bridge.

What the first six months could cost

Foundayo starts at 0.8 mg and steps up after at least 30 days at each dose. If you started this month and moved up one step every month to the top dose, months 1–3 would fall under 2026 offers and months 4–6 in 2027, after those offers are scheduled to end. Using Lilly's regular prices for 2027 (actual 2027 prices are unknown):

MonthDoseCash
1 (2026)0.8 mg$149
2 (2026)2.5 mg$149
3 (2026)5.5 mg$199
4 (2027)9 mg$299
5 (2027)14.5 mg$349
6 (2027)17.2 mg$349
Total$1,494

Illustration only. If Lilly extends its offers into 2027, months 5–6 would be $299 each ($1,394 total). Many people stay on a lower dose, and your clinician decides when (or whether) to increase. Telehealth programs may also charge a separate monthly fee.
